If you have anxiety problems and your parents don’t believe you go to a consoler or anyone who you trust and can talk to honestly. I don’t recommend that you Google common things people with anxiety face though because if you’re anything like me you can have a tiny ant bite and convince yourself it’s the plague. I find it hard sometimes to talk to my mom. It’s like half the time she doesn’t seem like she can relate to my problems so I’m always running to my friends or my boyfriend. Maybe try talking to your mom and explaining to her that she hurts you more than she helps you. She might not realize how she makes you feel!
